The sources of financing operational activity of agricultural enterprises are identified and carried out their reference. The tendencies of financing an operating activity in the agricultural enterprises and factors of influencing on its parameters are displayed. The estimation of efficiency and expedience of financing an operating activity in the agricultural enterprises is carried out and the organizationalmethodical recommendations in relation to its optimization are developed. The world experience in relation to financing agricultural enterprises is generalized and suggested structural directions of its extrapolation. Authentic of content and design of mechanism of financing an operating activity of agricultural enterprises in the diffusive economic space is revealed. The diagnostics of saturation of short-term crediting of agricultural enterprises is carried out and defined the drivers of its activating and modernization.Дисертація присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів фінансування операційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств та розробці організаційно-методичних рекомендації щодо його оптимізації. Викрито автентичність змісту та дизайну механізму фінансування операційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств з урахуванням таргетування. Ідентифіковано джерела фінансування операційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств та здійснено їх характеристику. Узагальнено світовий досвід щодо фінансування сільськогосподарських підприємств та запропоновано конструктивні напрями його екстраполяції.
