Abstract
Extension service development in Ukraine increases actuality of the management improve-
ment problem in organizations, which provide rural community members with information and con-
sulting assistance as well as the problem of effective planning of these organizations activity. Task
definition of rural communities extension service programs optimal planning, mathematical model
and ways if its practical realization are presented.
