    The article analyzes the current state of the retail Internet trade in Ukraine and the world, and the dynamics of its development. The article is devoted to an analysis of the current state of retail Internet trade in Ukraine and the world, and the dynamics of its development. According to forecasts for 2023, the world’s online retail sales of goods and services will be about $26.7 trillion. Specific changes in the structure of retail Internet trade in connection with the political situation in the country are defined. The main advantages and disadvantages of online retail in Ukraine are outlined. The dynamics of retail Internet trade in Ukraine and in the world as a whole have been analyzed. It is well-grounded that one of the biggest trends that demonstrates the promising growth in the world of e- commerce is the use of mobile devices as a direction of retail trade. According to the forecasts of the EVO Group in Ukraine in 2023, the growth of retail e-commerce is expected as well as in the world. Conclusions were drawn on further development and transformation of the industry.
