Item Analysis of genomic changes in callus tissue of camelina sativa and obtained plant structures. Innovative development of science, technology and education.(Innovative development of science, technology and education., 2024-01-18) Lіubchenko I. O.; Liubchenko A. IThe process of the conducted studies it was found that the callus tissue of camelina sativa is represented by cells of different ploidy. Induced intact plants have a smaller range of genomic variability, and 76.0–79.2 % of the material is characterised by a balanced karyotype. Somatic embryos are genetically more stable compared to plants obtained through organogenesis.Item Obtaining and retesting of common chicory regenerant plants during cell breeding for resistance to Ba2+ ions. European congress of scientific achievements.(Barca Academy Publishing., 2024-06-17) Lіubchenko I. O.; Liubchenko A. IThe aim of our research was to obtain cell lines and regenerating plants of common chicory resistant to heavy metal ions. Barium chloride was chosen as a selective agent.Item PARAMETERS OF THE MODEL OF THE СAMELINA SATIVA VARIETY FOR THE CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT-BANK FOREST-STEPPE OF UKRAINE(Матеріали IV Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Аграрна освіта і наука: досягнення та перспективи розвитку», присвячена видатним вченим Васильківському С. П. і Молоцькому М. Я. – засновникам наукової школи з селекції і насінництва пшениці і картоплі., 2023) Liubchenko A. I; Liubchenko I. O.; Bokovenko D. S.; Hubarenko A. S.The article presents the results of the study of main economic signs of somaclonal lines of camelina sativa. On the basis of regression analysis of the data, a forecast of the most important elements of the structure of productivity for the maximum specified yield of camelina sativa in the conditions of the RightBank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine was done.
